The hotel concept aims to provide budget accommodation in the historic capital. The building offers 88 beds across 30 rooms and 4 apartments, along with a café-bar and communal spaces, spread over 4 above-ground floors.

Designed to meet the standards of a two-star category, the hotel is complemented by a neighboring two-story commercial building, aligned with the site’s master plan development.

The project’s pronounced efficiency inspired the architects to adopt a minimalist design approach, employing simple and restrained architectural expression.
