The concept brings together T-market, Mania and Pepco trademarks
The project is the realization of the first commercial park in the city. Excellent visibility is ensured from the communication roads around the plot. Parking is in close proximity to the entrances of the shopping chains.
The consumption of steel for the execution of the structure is optimized without limiting the large support distances. The facade is innovative, yet low cost.
The project was built in 9 months along with the design.
