Project for an apartment building at a quiet green area of ​​Sofia.

The apartments are planned on all above-ground floors of the building. Optimally designed, the apartments are functional, with wide distances and a very low percentage of common parts. The on the ground level apartments have landscaped yards, which creates a high level of living comfort and a sense of independence. The penthouses on the last level reveal a wonderful view of Vitosha above the roofs of the neighboring houses.
